FotoBalloon is a user-friendly Image Editor that lets you add distinctive Cartoon-style information balloons to your photographs and images. In Mute Mode, no balloons are displayed, and the program becomes a standard image viewer. You can tailor the look and feel of the info balloons. The fonts, colors, transparency, borders, alignment, and placement of each balloon are easy to adjust. FotoBalloon also makes it easy to import, view, organize, edit, print, and share your images.
